On bending, It will use automatic machine The equipment can improve the accuracy to maximum degree, and ensure product consistency and product quality. Besides, our factory has strict operation rules and maintenance system to ensure high efficiency and high quality.
Welding: We own advanced laser welding equipment to ensure the welding quality and beautiful appearance of products.
Coating: We have 1000m of automatic pre-treatment line, including acid-washing, phosphating to remove oil/rust, drying, auto powder coating ,etc
Installation: To ensure the firmness of every screw, the installation workshop adopts pneumatic tools to conduct mass and flowline production
Packing and storage: Strict and special testing before packing and storage to make sure the products are highly-qualified.
